No matter which route you choose, you will be able to enjoy wonderful views of the Salzkammergut lakes and the fascinating mountainscape that surrounds the Zwölferhorn. The wonderful circular hike that starts at the Zwölferhorn cable car top station takes about an hour to complete and leads along the Pillstein circular hiking trail. A varied trail, cleared of snow, magnificent views and a manageable length make this an attractive hike for all ages.
What child doesn’t love to romp around in the snow?! Our Hörndl snowball target wall provides the perfect opportunity. Shaping snowballs and proving your aim also unleashes many adults’ inner child. Put your your little ones on a sled and pull them along the Pillstein circular hiking trail and enable them to explore the trail comfortably 🙂
